Job Responsibility:
Carry out community visits, spot checks, reviews, and care plan updates
Support risk assessments, quality checks, and trauma-informed practice
Provide day-to-day guidance for care staff
assist with inductions and supervisions
Support audits, EMAR checks, safeguarding, and CQC compliance
Act as a key contact for families, professionals, and staff
Help mobilise new packages and promote continuous improvement
Requirements:
Experience in community care (Senior Support Worker or Team Leader level)
Some supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication, organisation, and leadership potential
Understanding of safeguarding and CQC requirements
Compassionate, person-centred values
Full UK driving licence & ability to travel for community visits
