Job Responsibility

Supporting the operations team with the onboarding for ongoing management of all clients and care staff, inc, care assessments, supervisions
Regularly visit clients in the community to ensure they feel safe, supported and happy with their care
Provide high quality care in accordance with our policies and procedures
Maintain accurate records in line with CQC and company standards
Promote safeguarding, confidentiality, health & safety at all times
Participate in the on-call rota
