Job Responsibility:

  • Day-to-day management of care services for our clients
  • running visits to review and assess the work of our care professionals
  • providing feedback for training and development
  • supervising, supporting and guiding a team of carers on a daily basis

Requirements:

  • Previous experience providing personal care, working for a home care agency and mentoring care teams
  • UK driver's licence
  • over the age of 18
  • access to a vehicle

Nice to have:

Previous care experience in roles such as care assistant, senior care assistant, care worker or support worker
