Job Responsibility:

  • Caring for older people in their own homes
  • Supporting Care Professionals to ensure high standards of care practice are maintained through conducting spot checks, competency checks, and observations
  • Supporting the care manager in operating the on-call system
  • Providing leadership and in-field training and supervision for members of the care team

Requirements:

  • Previous care experience
  • UK driver’s licence
  • Over the age of 18
  • Access to a vehicle

Nice to have:

Previous experience in roles such as senior care assistant, caregiver, care home assistant, care worker, support worker, healthcare assistant, home care assistant, or care home worker
