Job Description:

Reporting to the Care Manager, the Field Care Supervisor will support the day-to-day running of care services in the community. You will carry out client reviews, supervise care staff, and ensure high standards of care and compliance across the service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the operations team with the onboarding for ongoing management of all clients and care staff, inc, care assessments, supervisions
  • You will regularly visit clients in the community to ensure they feel safe, supported and happy with their care
  • Provide high quality care in accordance with our policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records in line with CQC and company standards
  • Promote safeguarding, confidentiality, health & safety at all times
  • Participate in the on-call rota

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence with business insurance
  • Experience in domiciliary care and providing personal care
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, willing to work towards Level 3
  • Compassionate, professional and organised approach
  • Strong communication, literacy and record-keeping skills
  • Computer literate, experience using Google Drive

Nice to have:

  • Experience supervising, mentoring or supporting care staff
  • Knowledge of CQC standards
