Reporting to the Care Manager, the Field Care Supervisor will support the day-to-day running of care services in the community. You will carry out client reviews, supervise care staff, and ensure high standards of care and compliance across the service.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting the operations team with the onboarding for ongoing management of all clients and care staff, inc, care assessments, supervisions
You will regularly visit clients in the community to ensure they feel safe, supported and happy with their care
Provide high quality care in accordance with our policies and procedures
Maintain accurate records in line with CQC and company standards
Promote safeguarding, confidentiality, health & safety at all times
Participate in the on-call rota
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence with business insurance
Experience in domiciliary care and providing personal care
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, willing to work towards Level 3
Compassionate, professional and organised approach
Strong communication, literacy and record-keeping skills
Computer literate, experience using Google Drive
Nice to have:
Experience supervising, mentoring or supporting care staff
