Job Description:

The role is to drive sales, brand visibility, and in-store excellence across a South West London territory for a leading global FMCG brand in the healthy snacking space.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and manage sales activities across an assigned portfolio of stores
  • Maximise store coverage and efficiency through structured visit plans
  • Ensure each store receives regular visits and follow-ups
  • Grow sales across the territory by improving compliance with head office agreements, product availability, incremental orders, and secondary product placements
  • Build strong partnerships with store managers and colleagues
  • Engage regional managers where possible to drive further opportunities
  • Act as a trusted partner to stores in your territory
  • Gather and report insights on competitive activity, customer feedback, market trends, and retailer updates
  • Share ideas and insights to help shape sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate visit records using the company reporting platform
  • Track activity and performance against objectives
  • Submit sales reports accurately and on time
  • Work closely with other Field Sales Representatives, Brand Ambassador teams, the wider grocery sales team, and external field sales partners

Requirements:

  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage their territory effectively
  • Strong results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Confident negotiating and influencing store colleagues and managers
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Strong data tracking and analysis skills to identify opportunities for growth
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Daily access to a personal car and a clean driving licence (required for the SW London territory)
