Job Responsibility:
Plan and manage sales activities across an assigned portfolio of stores
Maximise store coverage and efficiency through structured visit plans
Ensure each store receives regular visits and follow-ups
Grow sales across the territory by improving compliance with head office agreements, product availability, incremental orders, and secondary product placements
Build strong partnerships with store managers and colleagues
Engage regional managers where possible to drive further opportunities
Act as a trusted partner to stores in your territory
Gather and report insights on competitive activity, customer feedback, market trends, and retailer updates
Share ideas and insights to help shape sales strategies
Maintain accurate visit records using the company reporting platform
Track activity and performance against objectives
Submit sales reports accurately and on time
Work closely with other Field Sales Representatives, Brand Ambassador teams, the wider grocery sales team, and external field sales partners
Requirements:
Self-starter who can work independently and manage their territory effectively
Strong results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
Entrepreneurial attitude and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Confident negotiating and influencing store colleagues and managers
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
Strong data tracking and analysis skills to identify opportunities for growth
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Daily access to a personal car and a clean driving licence (required for the SW London territory)
Nice to have:
Experience in field sales, sales, business development, or marketing
Experience within FMCG or retail environments
