As a qualified motor industry technician, you will utilise your knowledge to examine vehicles, components and trade premises, producing condition reports and providing technical feedback on your findings. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled, field-based vehicle technicians to join our rapidly growing team. You'll have the full support of a wider network of mobile mechanics, roadside technicians, in-house experts and RAC professionals. Job Responsibility:

  • Examine vehicles, components and trade premises, producing condition reports and providing technical feedback on your findings
  • Interacting with customers at every appointment - answering questions, giving advice and representing the RAC
  • Carrying out a range of work, in different locations with our customers
  • Dealing with a variety of fixes, fixing all kinds of problems, and meeting different people every day

Requirements:

  • A level 3 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
  • A minimum of 3 years practical experience as a vehicle technician in the motor trade working with different types of light vehicles
  • A full UK driving Licence with less than 6 points
