Job Description

Do you have an eye for detail and a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We are looking for someone to join our team as a Field Auditor, helping us make sure everything we do is fair, compliant, and up to the highest standards. In this role, you will be working out in the field - meeting with Enforcement Agents and staff, checking documentation, carrying out spot checks, and making sure our policies and procedures are being followed. You will work closely with our Field Audit Manager, digging into the details and helping us stay on top of compliance across the organisation.

Job Responsibility

  • Auditing agents and staff on-site to ensure policies and standards are met
  • Completing checks on documentation, receipts, and processes
  • Writing up reports and using audit tools to track findings
  • Occasionally taking part in mystery shopper-style reviews
  • Producing useful data and insights to help our management team
  • Ensuring everything we do stays in line with laws, regulations, and data protection rules
  • Travel and overnight stays as required
  • flexible working hours

  • 3+ years of experience working in a food manufacturing facility, in a production and/or quality assurance role
