This position is to lead the effort in developing and supporting HMI e-Beam Inspection (EBI) solution at a customer site in Arizona. The person filling this position will be a key driver to enable EBI solution for yield improvement.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for application excellence of installed base, including Drive sufficient (high) utilization
Recipe setup and recipe maintenance
Use case development
Maintain tool-to-tool matching
Drive bug fix and new feature through SO system
Handle emergency service calls as required
Provide application training to customer (not overall official training)
Responsible for NPI engagement: demo at HMI and evaluation at customer site
Responsible for H2H execution (installed base and NPI) at customer site
Responsible for BKM creation and knowledge sharing (BKM library)
Responsible for use case collection and analysis (Part of customer intelligence)
Prepare and execute EBI at customer site
Work with account teams and marketing organizations to define the package that meets customers’ requirements
Demonstrate technical leadership through problem solving, training and presentation
Own project collaboration and drive technical engagement with the goal of meeting customer requirements and achieve tool-of-record configuration.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Physics or Engineering
Minimum 3 years of SEM inspection experience especially on voltage-contrast use case
Experience in defining market needs based on deep understanding of customers, applications and products
Experience working with internal and external customers, understanding requirements and developing solutions
Capable of detailed Data Analysis and creation of experiment summary presentation
Design of Experiments creation for various use cases and sharing of results internally or to a customer
Knowledge/hands-on experience with software/technical tools
Can observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others encountered in the course of work
Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents
Strong customer focus and commitment to customer satisfaction through prioritization, quality, efficiency and professionalism
Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
Proven ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads
Work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision
