Keepit is looking for an experienced Field and Partner Marketing Manager to join our EMEA Field & Channel Marketing team based out of our Amsterdam office. This is an exciting chance to make an impact and join a fast growing company. In this role, you will own and execute our GTM strategy for both field and partners our Benelux region. You will work in close collaboration with the EMEA marketing team, Benelux Sales Director and Benelux sales.
Job Responsibility:
Own and execute the Benelux marketing plan, both Field and Partner, in close collaboration with Benelux Sales and Keepit's Focus Partners, to build pipeline, generate revenue, and increase brand awareness
Develop and execute lead generating campaigns and programs for both targeted accounts and partners in the Benelux sales region
Track and report on marketing campaigns effectiveness and progress, continuously striving to improve the marketing ROI
Cultivate relationships with partners’ local marketing and sales teams
ensure Keepit stays top of mind as their preferred SaaS data protection vendor - as part of their SaaS portfolio
Work closely together with the entire global marketing team to develop digital marketing concepts and campaigns for Benelux field and partners, including events, conferences, meeting maker programs and lead gen programs
Manage and track regional marketing budget, including MDF (marketing development funds) provided for our partners
Requirements:
BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
5-7 years of relevant experience in field and channel marketing working with sales and partners
Demonstrates strong English written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated success in managing and completing projects at or under budget
Excellent knowledge in B2B lead nurturing, demand generation, Field activities as events, integrated channel programs, channel partnership, lead process and marketing ROI
Demonstrated experience generating creative strategies that map to a business plan
Ability to manage, prioritize, multi-task and will have thrived in a fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environment
A team player, effectively interacting with employees at all levels within the company
Must be a self-starter and have a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle many different projects simultaneously
Ability to lead and inspire
positive attitude, team player and contributor
Comfort with making crucial decisions quickly and resolutely, with independence – and accountability
Comfortable with prioritizing directives and requests from many teams and managing these within the context of best practices

Nice to have:
Experience from demand or product marketing is a plus
Experience with Salesforce as well as Hubspot and Monday is a plus
