Job Description:

The Fiduciary & Regulatory Reporting Analyst is responsible for collection, consolidation, analysis, and reporting of Fiduciary metric & reporting across Services. A critical component of the role includes ensuring timely and accurate reporting of Fiduciary Management Information, in alignment with regulatory and internal requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Collate and analyse Fiduciary metrics across Services
Maintain dashboards and issue reports for internal and External stakeholders
Partner with Risk Management and Front Office to identify and address data quality, completeness of data and timely reporting of Metric
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Support periodic internal reviews, audits, and regulatory inquires through data and reporting documentation
Assist with automation or streamline of reporting processes as appropriate

Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in financial services, preferably in securities services operations:collateral management or regulatory reporting
fiduciary services
securities or custody
Strong analytical skills and attention to details
Good time management, ability to work with strict deadlines
Fluency in English as you will be part of a global team
Excel knowledge on an intermediate level
Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance
