Job Description:

Fiduciary Director to oversee the delivery of Trust Services offering in the Northeast region, managing multiple teams of trust officers and associates for high-net worth and ultra-high net worth clients of Wells Fargo Wealth and Investment Management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and develop trust centers and associated support teams
  • Engage and influence stakeholders and internal partners
  • Provide leadership and mentoring for professional development
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
  • Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service and resolve escalated problems
  • Oversee management responses to internal audits and risk assessments
  • Lead Fiduciary Management team to resolve complex issues
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with all levels of professionals including managers
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Fiduciary Products experience or equivalent
  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience
  • BS/BA degree or higher (desired)
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree (desired)
  • CTFA or similar industry designation (desired)
  • Extensive experience in trusts and estates and/or corporate fiduciary experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of trust, trust administration, fiduciary law, and federal regulations/operations
  • Leadership experience with ability to effectively manage and engage teams
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to operate autonomously in a high-pressure environment

Nice to have:
