Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Fiduciary Coordinator. In this role, you will independently support a team of fiduciary professionals to administer a book of fiduciary relationships. The Manila Team will support Trust Services by completing Administrative Account Reviews on Custody, Agency, Individual Retirement Account (IRA), Revocable Trust and Charitable Agency Accounts. The AAR Process does not involve customer interaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Independently support a team of fiduciary professionals to administer a book of fiduciary relationships, including implementing client estate plans, and ensuring client accounts are managed in accordance with sound fiduciary principles and applicable law
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of fiduciary concepts and principles, including trust accounting and elements of a trust
  • Execute on client requests, including moderately complex money movement, investment implementation and ongoing account management
  • Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine or high-risk issues
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of policies and procedures including, but not limited to, payments, account openings and closings, and asset transfers
  • Proactively identify fiduciary risk and suggest possible solutions
  • Communicate independently with external clients and internal partners regarding client accounts
  • Support Trust Services by completing Administrative Account Reviews on Custody, Agency, Individual Retirement Account (IRA), Revocable Trust and Charitable Agency Accounts
  • Understand fiduciary concepts and principles and apply those concepts and principles to complete account reviews at a targeted level of accuracy and timeliness
  • Conduct research using account documents as well as other applications, drawing conclusions from the research findings, and capturing conclusions in the AAR system
  • Note any errors or irregularities through the creation of an Open Item
  • Compile a document package from the research to support the conclusions and responses in the AAR system
  • Engage in continuous learning via a variety of methodologies including formalized courses and on-the-job training
  • Observe a night shift schedule and work on an onsite set-up

Requirements:

2+ years of administrative or sales support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice to have:

Experience in managing Trust, IRA, Risk Management, Custody or doing complex research
