Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Fiduciary Associate Manager to supervise a team in Fiduciary Management Services, promoting growth, profit management, and risk management while ensuring relationships are managed according to fiduciary policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise a team of individual contributor roles with low to moderate complexity and risk in Fiduciary Management Services
Engage stakeholders and internal partners associated with the function
Assign accounts and ensure relationships are managed according to fiduciary policies and procedures
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
Develop new business, retain or expand current relationships
Review documents, negotiate fees, and approve discretionary distributions
Make day-to-day decisions and resolve issues regarding objectives and operations
Interpret and develop policies and procedures
Provide fiduciary oversight and answer moderately complex questions
Collaborate with and consult with all levels of professionals
Interact directly with external customers
Lead team to achieve objectives
Manage allocation of people and financial resources
Be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff

Requirements:

2+ years of Fiduciary Products experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
1+ years of Leadership experience
Strong Communication and Excellent Customer Service Skills
Preferred background or knowledge on US Trust Agency Accounts
Must have strong people management experience
Must have experience in supporting blended process
