We are seeking a highly motivated Wealth Management Professional (Analyst/Associate) to join the Cross Markets Team (CMT) in London, which is part of the PWM Capital Markets team within Private Wealth Management. CMT is comprised of product specialists who provide investment ideas and execute trades across Fixed Income, Currency, and Commodity (FICC) markets. In this role, you will primarily provide operational support across FICC markets, working closely with FICC product specialists and PWM teams to service our clients. You will have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, strong communication skills, and exceptional client service are essential for maintaining and enhancing our business.
Job Responsibility:
Leverage your operational background and experience to contribute to the growing Asset & Wealth Management business
Assist the FICC CMT team with comprehensive pre-trade checks, trade booking, risk management, post-trade checks, and revenue tracking
Proactively anticipate, determine, and recommend solutions to meet client needs and resolve issues surrounding client/trade-related activities in a time-sensitive manner
Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows
Collaborate with Private Wealth Advisor teams to answer internal and external trade-related queries
Assist with various aspects of client portfolio performance reporting and valuation issues
Liaise with middle office teams to resolve trade booking and settlement issues
Engage with counterparts in Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Management on a variety of projects
Work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment and across group functions
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a FICC/Global Markets Operations or Risk role
Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record
Strong interest in global financial markets and derivative instruments
Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented player with a solid work ethic and high levels of motivation
Demonstrated attention to detail, innovative thought processes, and proactive time management with follow-through
Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
Commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Nice to have:
Prior experience in a markets-facing middle office team, wealth management operations, or investment process implementation is a plus
