Job Description:

As a fibre / PIA team leader you will be responsible for overseeing site activities and resources, ensuring all work sites are safe and compliant to the code of practice whilst maintaining excellent levels of productivity and performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carrying out risk assessments
  • Collaborating with internal teams
  • Communicating with the management team, reporting changes or deviations from the plan
  • Completing site surveys and daily audits
  • Demonstrating strong leadership with the team and any subcontractors
  • a strong focus on NRSWA compliance
  • Ensuring works are to the correct specifications

  • Experience working as a fiber supervisor or related

  • Attend “toolbox talks” and other training courses as required
  • Record details of work undertaken and submit for invoicing in the required timescale
