Job Description:

Role Overview: Reporting to the Fibre Manager, this role will be responsible for monitoring the onsite delivery of FTTP networks across the Midlands.

Job Responsibility:

  • Through working with the regional HSE Advisor, ensure all staff and subcontractors embody a safety-first work approach
  • Deliver against time targets for your region, updating the Project Manager and client with progress reports and flagging any early warnings
  • Ensure a high standard of work is completed through regular site audits and appraisals
  • Ensure all staff/contractors on site deliver against compliance expectations, attendance, jobs completed to spec, paperwork completed as required
  • Liaise with third parties as necessary and build/maintain strong relationships with local councils

Requirements:

  • Relevant utilities supervisor experience (multi-site R&M, dig & lay schemes for instance)
  • NRSWA / SWQR Supervisor
  • Commercial thinker
