Job Responsibility

Lead Fibre Installations: Run internal fibre from the telecoms network entry point to all floors of the building, ensuring seamless connections and efficiency
Technical Expertise: Terminate fibres into RDT (Riser Distribution Terminals) and breakout boxes, managing both internal and external cabling to the highest standard
Ensure Compliance: Complete installations in full accordance with fire safety regulations, including fire stopping for internal cabling
Work from Plans: Read, interpret, and execute building surveys and plans to deliver precise installations, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction at every stage
Advanced Fibre Techniques: Install Blown Fibre Tubing (BFT), blow fibre, test rod and rope underground cable routes, and perform splicing and testing of optical fibres in line with stringent quality standards
