As Fleet Manager you would be Responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and organisation of the company’s growing fleet. By joining at the start of a very fast paced and exciting growth phase of the business,there are so many opportunities for progression.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a point of contact for all fleet enquiries
  • Manage vehicle maintenance including MOTs, services
  • Take charge of the general management of company pool cars
  • Ensure proper use of dashcam footage
  • Manage fleet compliance in line with company procedures
  • Produce regular reports of all aspects of fleet to senior management
  • Work with the operational teams to support all aspects of service

Requirements:

  • Experience in administration
  • IT literacy in Microsoft packages and database management
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Experience in the fibre sector

Nice to have:

  • Excellent planning, organisational and time allocation skills
  • Provide people management and supervision
  • Good organisation and project management

  • Program and configure Rajant Breadcrumbs to deliver mobility solutions across the operation
  • Inspect communications and electronic systems to ensure compliance with statutory requirements as well as business needs
  • Configure and install the production and safety Video Monitoring System
  • Respond to service interruption (unplanned) requests as defined and agreed by response levels and priority
  • Escalate to Site Mine Technology Engineer and support Perth based teams in the resolution of connectivity and system-based incidents and related faults, ensuring fast service resolution
  • Participate in Root Causes Analysis process and documentation to identify actions to mitigate fault re-occurrence, and drive implementation of agreed actions
  • Follow PLS Technology methodologies including request, change and problem management
