Fiber Splicer

• Splice and troubleshoot fiber optics
• Fiber testing/OTDR operation
• Represent Congruex and Client in a professional manner
• Prepare vehicle and machinery daily
• Complete daily paperwork
• Monitors and verifies quality control and uniformity of work
• Follows established safety rules on job site, to and from job site, and uses common sense in maintaining a safe environment for self, team members, customers, and public
• Working as a team to complete projects
• Helping Project Manager with any other duties as needed

• A clean background check is required
• Valid Driver License with a clean driving record
• DOT Medical card will be required before eligible to drive a company vehicle
• Able to work in all outdoor temperatures and conditions
• Ability to do physical labor, climb ladders, etc.
• Must have great communication skills
• A positive can-do attitude and openness to trying things new ways

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN THE TELECOM, UTILITY, CONSTRUCTION, AND/OR ENGINEERING INDUSTRY
