Job Responsibility

Conduct site surveys to determine the best placement of fiber equipment and plan installation routes
Install and terminate fiber optic cables at customer premises, ensuring proper connections and signal strength
Configure, connect and set up customer premises equipment such as routers and Gateways
Perform thorough testing of installed equipment to verify optimal performance and compliance with industry standards
Identify and rectify any connectivity or performance issues
Provide clear and concise instructions to customers on using FTTH services and troubleshooting basic issues
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and any necessary repairs or upgrades
