Job Responsibility:
Independently verify aircraft configuration status
Maintain independent oversight of fleet configuration
Maintain independent oversight of aircraft airworthiness status
Coordinate with Customer Technical Records and other necessary stakeholders to ensure Fleet Technical Management Deliverables
Oversee compliance of the maintenance programs, defect management, Service Bulletins, airworthiness directives & other critical deliverables
Provide alerts/escalations for any non-compliance or approaching deadlines
Flag high-risk defects that may affect airworthiness or dispatch reliability
Ensure reliability findings and safety recommendations are actioned
Participate and Support Regional CAM Leader in the various CAM reviews
Escalating relevant subjects/observations to Regional TSP CAM leader
Supporting the resolution of FTM relevant issues
Ensuring proper coordination of CAM transverse topics between the local FTM teams
Foster collaboration between execution teams and oversight functions
Support in feeding data into SMS reporting chain
Monitor CAM Cell outputs and enforce corrective/preventive actions
Requirements:
Awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity
Experience in airline engineering and material management
Expertise in fleet configuration and continued airworthiness
Ability to oversee compliance with local Airworthiness regulations and FHS directives
Ability to coordinate with Customer Technical Records and other stakeholders
Ability to provide alerts/escalations for non-compliance or approaching deadlines
Ability to escalate significant risks, delays, or compliance gaps
Ability to support data feeding into SMS (Safety Management System) reporting chain
