Job Responsibility:
Oversight of fleet configuration and continued airworthiness of TSP services
Oversight of on-time, on-quality delivery of services
Oversee compliance of the service to local Airworthiness regulation and FHS Continued Airworthiness Management directives
Ensure team integration in worldwide FHS-TSP/FTM community
Independently verify aircraft configuration status
Maintain independent oversight of aircraft airworthiness status (ARC, ADs, SBs, LLPs, TCIs)
Coordinate with Customer Technical Records for Fleet Technical Management Deliverables
Oversee compliance of maintenance programs, defect management, Service Bulletins, airworthiness directives
Provide alerts/escalations for any non-compliance or approaching deadlines
Flag high-risk defects that may affect airworthiness or dispatch reliability
Ensure reliability findings and safety recommendations are actioned
Escalate significant risks, delays, or compliance gaps
Act as first point of contact for Fleet Configuration and CAM related topics
Participate and Support Regional CAM Leader in various CAM reviews
Support resolution of FTM relevant issues
Ensure proper coordination of CAM transverse topics between local FTM teams
Foster collaboration between execution teams and oversight functions
Support in feeding data into SMS reporting chain
Monitor CAM Cell outputs and enforce corrective/preventive actions
Requirements:
Awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity
Experience in airline engineering and material management
Technical expertise in fleet configuration and continued airworthiness
Ability to independently verify aircraft configuration status
Experience with IT Tools (including MIS)
Knowledge of local Airworthiness regulation and FHS Continued Airworthiness Management directives
Ability to coordinate with Customer Technical Records and other stakeholders
Experience in monitoring maintenance programs, defect management, Service Bulletins, airworthiness directives
Ability to provide alerts/escalations for non-compliance
Experience in Safety Management System (SMS) reporting
