Job Description

Your role as FF&E Designer / Senior FF&E Designer would work hand in hand with our interior designers, playing a pivotal role in shaping the design concepts of our projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in luxury interior design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage projects from concept through to installation. You would also have strong relationships with suppliers and able to source unique materials and furniture for our projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop FF&E concepts, mood boards, and material board for hospitality projects (hotels, F&B outlets, resorts, residential, etc.)
  • Source and select furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, and accessories that meet design, functional, and budgetary requirements
  • Prepare detailed FF&E specifications, schedules, and FF&E Documentation
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained
  • Work closely with the interior design team to ensure FF&E aligns with spatial planning and aesthetics
  • Conduct site visits to oversee installation and resolve any design-related issues
  • Assist in client presentations and design development discussions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience as FF&E Designer in similar industry
  • A portfolio showcasing experience in these projects (luxury hospitality, luxury /ultra-luxury residential, showflats, F&B)
  • Illustrator, InDesgin, Photoshop, AutoCAD
  • Fluent in English
