Job Description:

Fertility Care Coordinator role for a leading Private Clinic in Hammersmith, West London, specialising in gynaecology and fertility treatments. The role involves liaising with and coordinating effective and smooth treatment pathways for patients, being a key part of the patient journey from new enquiries to coordinating treatment cycles.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responding to new enquiries in a timely and comprehensive manner
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • Working with the MDT to optimise conversion rates from enquiry to initial consultation
  • Processing fertility treatment plans
  • Ensuring patients are supported and have all necessary information require to commit to treatment

Requirements:

  • Confident and clear communicator
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Previous experience working within fertility sector
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of fertility treatments and IVF
  • Trustworthy and strong understanding of confidentiality
