We're looking for a dynamic Fertiliser Procurement Manager to join our Agricultural Inputs team and play a pivotal role in driving growth, strengthening supplier partnerships and delivering outstanding service to our Members. Job Responsibility

  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and industry developments to drive informed purchasing decisions and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Build trusted relationships with Members, understanding their needs and providing solutions that support their businesses
  • Drive Member engagement, business growth and long-term commitment through exceptional service and expertise
  • Act as a key link between Members and Suppliers, ensuring clear communication and mutual value
  • Contribute to business planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, helping to shape strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate across procurement categories to identify opportunities, share expertise, and maximise business potential
  • Lead, coach and develop your team, fostering a positive, high-performing culture aligned with our values
  • Drive accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence while supporting individual development and wellbeing

Requirements

  • FACTS Qualified with extensive experience in fertiliser procurement
  • Strong technical and commercial knowledge of the fertiliser sector, with a proven track record of delivering results
  • Experience managing supplier and key account relationships, budgets and business performance
  • Previous people management experience, with the ability to coach, develop and motivate high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, networking, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused approach, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
