Job Description:

The Female Talent Internship at BCG Platinion is designed for female, trans, and non-binary students interested in IT consulting. Interns will gain practical experience in IT strategy, technical analysis, and project management, working alongside experienced consultants. The program includes mentorship, communication training, and networking opportunities, fostering professional growth in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the technical analysis and the review of IT architectures or the IT product evaluation for different industries and technical environments
  • Work out IT-related project content in close cooperation with your team
  • Responsible for the preparation and follow-up of meetings and presentations and all project related analysis and data
  • Immerse yourself in the world of IT consulting and expand your specialist knowledge with your personal buddy
  • Share your knowledge with other participants of the programme and expand your network through joint events

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline
  • Strong interest in IT topics and first practical experience via internships or as a working student (SW-development, IT project management, IT services processes)
  • Analytical and conceptual abilities
  • Professional in using MS-Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • Comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts
  • Good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both German and English
