  • Supporting adults with learning disabilities, Autism, Parkinsons, Down syndrome, Cerebral palsy and positive behaviour support
  • Adapt support to fit individual needs
  • Encourage people to make their own choices
  • Help people to be as independent as possible
  • Support people to build confidence and life skills
  • Support people to be part of their community
  • Be understanding and allow people to do things at their own pace
  • Celebrate people’s achievements
  • Gender is considered a genuine occupational requirement (Female)
  • Must meet minimum criteria for vacancy if applicant has a disability
  • Will need to complete an enhanced DBS check
