Requirements:
Supporting adults with learning disabilities, Autism, Parkinsons, Down syndrome, Cerebral palsy and positive behaviour support
Adapt support to fit individual needs
Encourage people to make their own choices
Help people to be as independent as possible
Support people to build confidence and life skills
Support people to be part of their community
Be understanding and allow people to do things at their own pace
Celebrate people’s achievements
Gender is considered a genuine occupational requirement (Female)
