Job Responsibility:

Making a difference in someone else's life
Spend your whole shift with the person you support, making the biggest impact on their lives
Supporting a 65‑year‑old woman with dysphagia and Turner syndrome
Supporting a 52‑year‑old woman with epilepsy
Supporting a 64‑year‑old woman who is at risk of falls, lives with epilepsy, osteopenia, and type 2 diabetes mellitus

Requirements:

Not everyone will have professional experience
We recruit people from all walks of life
From people with vast experience in a support worker or care assistant role
From people with lived experiences who may have friends or relatives with disabilities or have looked after older relatives
To people with no experience at all
We're really passionate about recruiting to individuals’ values

Nice to have:

Ideally, we would love drivers but that is not a must
