Job Description:

Join our supportive, fun-loving team in Chester to support a group of amazing adults aged 18 and over with a wide range of needs and personalities, including autism, learning disabilities, dementia, mental health needs, and continence care. You'll be part of a team that brings joy, connection, and adventure into people’s lives through outdoor activities, fun at home, and social time.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting individuals with personal care and mobility
Helping people access the community and enjoy everyday activities
Driving our team vehicle to outings and appointments
Preparing meals and drinks that meet a variety of dietary needs
Creating a clean, friendly, and safe home environment

Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence
Kind, caring, and passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives
Values of kindness, respect, and a safe, happy home where everyone’s dignity and privacy are honoured

Nice to have:

Experience in a support worker or care assistant role
Lived experiences with friends or relatives with disabilities or have looked after older relatives
