You will be supporting a lady who enjoys cooking - especially baking biscuits! As well as visits to the trampoline park and the farm. Experience supporting people with autism, whether personally or professionally, is essential, along with resilience, confidence and a caring approach. A full UK driving licence (automatic) is required, as you will be using the person's own vehicle to support her in accessing activities. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to support people with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs. Most importantly, we value kindness, positive energy, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
