Job Description:

Our support workers are the heart of everything we do. We want you to empower the people we support to live their lives how they want to, whether that’s travelling the world or spending time in their local park! All we ask is that you have the commitment and drive to encourage and guide the people we support to make this happen. This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along with employment, Volunteering and hobbies.

Job Responsibility:

Empower the people we support to live their lives how they want to
Build relationships with the people you will be supporting
Help with day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans (dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending appointments, employment, volunteering, hobbies)
Sleep-in shifts (9:00 am to 10:00 pm, followed by sleep-in from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am)

Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence
Compassionate and dedicated
Upbeat, full of energy
Passionate and vibrant
Positive and enthusiastic
Commitment and drive to encourage and guide people
Ability to build relationships
Willingness to help with day-to-day routines in line with personal support plans
Female applicants only (genuine occupational requirement)
