Job Description

Real Life Options is looking for caring and committed Female Support Workers to join our growing team and make a meaningful impact. You'll be supporting four individuals, three of whom have autism, within a small supported living service in a rural setting near Durham.

Job Responsibility

  • Support individuals with daily activities while promoting independence and choice, including personal care, cooking & meal preparation, shopping & finances, household tasks
  • Help people enjoy life through activities such as walks, day trips, arts & crafts, cinema, bowling, baking, music & relaxation

Requirements

  • Caring and compassionate

Nice to have

  • Experience with complex needs and alternative communication methods
