Female Support Worker

• Accompanying the individual on outings, managing daily tasks, and encouraging hobbies
• Work closely with a colleague to manage complex needs
• Provide vital support with de-escalation techniques during moments when the individual feels heightened or overwhelmed

• Resilience: The ability to stay calm and use de-escalation skills under pressure
• Empathy: A deep understanding of learning disabilities and a commitment to dignity
• Reliability: Our client relies on a consistent team to feel secure
• Gender Requirement: This is a female-only position due to the personal nature of the support required (permitted under the Equality Act 2010)
• Must hold a full, valid UK driving license and be comfortable driving the client to community activities and appointments
• Full-time availability who is happy to match the client's bespoke rota needs
