Job Responsibility:

Supporting autistic people to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community
Encouraging health and well-being
The support we deliver is flexible and unique to each individual, building on their strengths and driven by their goals

Requirements:

A good verbal and written communicator
Patient, caring and supportive
A passion to develop and learn new skills
Ability to work to your own initiative and be a team player
Driver required
Enhanced Disclosure from the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS)
