Job Description

Female Support Worker - Sheffield Outreach. Part Time & Full Time Hours Available. Sleep-in Shifts Required. Drivers Preferred but Not Essential. £12.71 per hour + great benefits. Make a Real Impact Every Day! You’ll be delivering creative, dynamic and person-centred support to adults living in their own homes and supported living settings. You will help people with a range of needs, including: Learning disabilities, Autism, Mental health needs, Physical health conditions. Every day is different, and your support may include: Personal care, Cooking, cleaning & household tasks, Medication support, Budgeting, shopping & attending appointments, Helping people build confidence and independence, Supporting individuals to engage in community activities and meaningful routines. This role includes: Day shifts, Evening shifts, Sleep-in shifts, Weekend working.
