We support vulnerable adults to live independently, safely, and comfortably in their own homes. We’re looking to recruit Support Workers who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality care. Whether you're experienced in care or completely new to the role, we’ll provide all the training and support you need to thrive.

Requirements

  • Excellent communicators in spoken and written English
  • Committed to delivering high standards of care
  • Able to work on a rota basis, including alternate weekends
  • Must be a driver if not living in the East Ayrshire area
  • This role is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Adults under the PVG (Protection of Vulnerable Groups) Scotland Act 2007. A PVG check will be required
  • Due to the nature of the role, we require a Female candidate under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010
