Job Responsibility

  • Delivering creative, dynamic and person-centred support to adults living in their own homes and supported living settings
  • help people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, physical health conditions
  • personal care
  • cooking, cleaning & household tasks
  • medication support
  • budgeting, shopping & attending appointments
  • helping people build confidence and independence
  • supporting individuals to engage in community activities and meaningful routines

Requirements

  • Caring
  • motivated
  • availability for more than 20 hours per week
  • drivers preferred but not essential
  • previous experience desirable but full training provided
  • enhanced Adult DBS check required
  • qualities: honest, good communicator, strong values, flexible, passionate, self-motivated, reliable, caring, inclusive
