Female Support Worker

• Providing personal care, including continence and bowel management
• Promoting dignity, choice, and a person-centred approach at all times
• Supporting around the home, cooking, cleaning where required
• Supporting him out in the community and at work on a Tuesday
• Help him into his standing frame & support with slide board if required
• 1:1 care

• Experience in continence and bowel management - Desirable
• Previous healthcare experience
• Patient, kind, and professional
• Awareness of supporting spinal injuries
• Confident working one-to-one
• Able to work day shifts and sleep in shifts
• Reliable, discreet, and able to work with empathy and respect
