Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Adapt support to fit what each person needs and wants daily
Encourage people to make their own choices, big and small
Help people to do things themselves to be as independent as possible
Support people to build confidence and life skills
Support people to be a part of their community, joining local clubs and connecting with friends and family
Be understanding, allowing people to take their time and do things at their own pace
Celebrate people’s achievements, no matter how small they might seem to others
Support our lady in her own home
Take the initiative to promote her independence while building a meaningful connection with her
Share and encourage her interests in music and day trips

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence
Gender is considered to be a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with paragraph 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010
Must be able to complete an enhanced DBS check
