Job Description:

Make a difference by supporting people to live their life, their way. You will be supporting our lady in their home in Wimblington. She loves listening to pop music and, amongst other things, getting out and about. Your role will involve taking the initiative to promote independence while building a meaningful connection with her.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take time to understand what a great day means to the person you support
  • Adjust your approach to meet people’s needs and build on both their strengths and your own
  • Help build a supportive environment that encourages everyone to thrive and gives them the freedom to live their life their way
  • Take the initiative to promote independence while building a meaningful connection
  • Support our lady in their home
  • Taking her out and about

Requirements:

  • Full UK manual driving license, or the ability to travel to work by car
  • Some experience working within the health and social care sector
