Female Support Worker

• Provide 360 wrap around support covering all aspects of life throughout the day and night
• Providing guidance with all aspects of everyday living

• Provide support during good times and difficult periods
• Have a good understanding of complex learning disability and epilepsy
• Understand learning disabilities or have experience working with individuals who have a learning disability and epilepsy
• Be a positive advocate
• Be consistent
• Be prepared to motivate in a supportive manner
• Be patient and understanding
• Have a fun and kind personality
• Work to solve issues and overcome day to day tasks

• Work as part of a team delivering person-centred care
