Job Description:

We are currently looking a Female Support Workers Experienced in Mental Health. We support 1 female who has a mental health diagnosis. She requires 24/7 support, although she is very independent she does require full support with her daily living. She responds well to encouragement and prompts to be as independent as possible. She enjoys a close loving relationship with her sister who she has regular contact by both phone calls and visits.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support 1 female who has a mental health diagnosis
  • Provide 24/7 support
  • Full support with daily living
  • Provide encouragement and prompts to be as independent as possible
  • Facilitate contact with her sister
  • Drive her to visit cafes, shops, and travel
  • Work shifts: Day 1x08/20 with a Flexi 10.30/16.30 and a waking Night 20.00/08.00
