We are currently recruiting for compassionate and dedicated Female Support Workers to join a specialist care service supporting young adults with learning disabilities, Autism and physical disabilities within a semi-independent community setting. Female applicants only - this is a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 due to personal care needs within the service. Maintaining accurate records and reports
Supporting individuals with emotional and behavioural needs
Requirements:
Caring and patient individuals
Good communication skills
Drivers with a full UK manual licence and own vehicle
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic IT skills
Nice to have:
Previous care experience desirable but not essential as full training is provided
