Job Description

We are currently recruiting for compassionate and dedicated Female Support Workers to join a specialist care service supporting young adults with learning disabilities, Autism and physical disabilities within a semi-independent community setting. Female applicants only - this is a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 due to personal care needs within the service. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference by supporting individuals to live independently, develop daily living skills and access activities within the community.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting individuals with emotional and behavioural needs

Requirements

  • Caring and patient individuals
  • Good communication skills
  • Drivers with a full UK manual licence and own vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills

Nice to have

Previous care experience desirable but not essential as full training is provided
