Job Description:

We are currently recruiting Female Mental Health Support Workers to join our mixed, dedicated team in Hykeham Lincoln and surrounding areas. You’ll be supporting an individual with Autism, ADHD, mild learning disability, cerebral palsy (ambulant), and trauma‑related emotional needs. The role involves working with emotional dysregulation, high‑risk behaviours, and crisis‑prone situations, so confidence, resilience, and a calm, trauma‑informed approach are essential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Person‑centred support & independence building
  • Daily living tasks (meds, cooking, cleaning, documentation)
  • Emotional regulation & structured routines
  • Follow PBS plans.
  • Community access & physical activity (e.g., gym)
  • Work with mental health & emergency services when needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience with ASD, ADHD, trauma, behaviours that challenge
  • Strong de‑escalation & non‑reactive approach
  • Calm under pressure
  • Good boundaries, consistency & organisation
  • Driving licence (essential)
