Our fabulous team is on the lookout for a motivated and creative female colleagues with a positive attitude to join them as a Support Practitioner on a full-time, permanent basis (39 hours per week). For this role it is essential that you hold a full UK, manual driving licence with a minimum of 1 years' driving experience as the people we support have their own mobility cars. You don't need experience in care to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We'll give you all the training you need to be an amazing Support Practitioner including a fully funded SVQ. The Role: Working across our supported living and dispersed services in Greenock, you will support individuals on an outcome-based programme which will see them grow in confidence and learn life skills to increase their independence. You'll take an active interest in their hobbies with include going out for walks and to their social clubs, volunteering and shopping. The people we support have a range of different needs including Mental Health, learning disabilities, Acquired Brain Injuries, addictions and past trauma. As a Support Practitioner, you'll play a key role in assisting with daily living tasks including meal preparation, medication management, attending appointments and activities, handling personal finances, and personal care. As well as practical support, you'll also offer emotional guidance and help individuals maintain meaningful relationships with their family and friends, empowering them to thrive in their own homes and communities. With your help, you'll enable the individuals to explore new opportunities and reduce social isolation.

Requirements:
Have a full UK, manual driving licence
