Job Description

The On-Call Female Spa Attendant is an essential member of the Spa team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. This individual would possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position. Successful candidates will be a willing team player and be willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintaining cleanliness in the female guest locker room, pool, fitness center and relaxation lounge
  • Providing exceptional quality and service to our guests

Requirements

  • Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Strong command of the English Language
  • Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems
  • Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality
  • Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to lift 15 – 30 pounds
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.

(10%)
  • Retrieve and fold linen and yukatas/robes
  • Deliver soiled linen and robes back to laundry for cleaning
  • Retrieve, deliver, and store/set-up products from purchasing
  • Assist guests to their appointments as they relate to the Spa services
