Maintain cleanliness, set-ups and spa standards in the locker rooms, relaxation lounges, work out areas, tennis, croquet and games room. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort. Comply with all Four Seasons' policies and procedures.
Job Responsibility
Set-up and maintain spa including locker rooms, work out areas, relaxation lounges and games room
Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
resolve customer complaints
assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services
Ensure compliance of daily checklists (opening/closing, sanitizing, equipment safety, tennis court maintenance, supply reorders, etc) by walking and inspecting all spa areas to ensure they are well maintained, stocked, and cleaned to guarantee high quality presentation and that necessary repairs are reported to Hotel Expert. (10%)
Retrieve and fold linen and yukatas/robes
Deliver soiled linen and robes back to laundry for cleaning
Retrieve, deliver, and store/set-up products from purchasing
Assist guests to their appointments as they relate to the Spa services
Requirements
Six months in hospitality industry work and or fitness, health club related work
Exceptional guest service
Urgency in reacting to guest requests and feedback
