Job Description

Lead a dedicated team supporting three wonderful ladies with learning disabilities to live active, independent and fulfilling lives in a supported living service. Provide confident, values‑led leadership while remaining hands‑on and person‑centred.

Job Responsibility

  • Delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support
  • Acting as a positive role model and supervising staff
  • Leading reviews with the ladies and key stakeholders
  • Developing, reviewing and maintaining support plans and risk assessments
  • Completing medication and finance audits
  • Supporting safeguarding processes alongside management
  • Supporting with household chores, shopping, medication management, and attending appointments
  • Supporting community activities and daily routines
  • Leading and contributing to team meetings

Requirements

  • Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification
  • Experience supporting people with learning disabilities
  • Strong understanding of Person‑Centred Care
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers

Nice to have

  • Previous experience leading or supervising a team
  • Full UK driving licence
