Requirements

Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Senior Support Worker supporting individuals with complex mental health needs
Full UK Manual Driving Licence (desirable)
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong time‑management and organisational abilities
Confidence working both independently and within a team

Job Responsibility

Assist with daily tasks including medication, cooking, cleaning, record‑keeping, and audits
Provide emotional, practical, and proactive support
Encourage individuals to access the community and engage in meaningful activities
Build strong, trusting relationships that promote independence
Support individuals with personal goals, skills development, and hobbies
Maintain accurate documentation in line with care plans and regulations
Lead by example to maintain exceptional care standards
Support the Team Leader with daily shift coordination
Assist colleagues with guidance, training, and audit requirements
